What made you guys decide to go with uh Central Virginia and Platinum hot tubs?

Well, we've been in the market for a couple years for a hot tub and last year

at the Fredericksburg Home Expo, we were walking around and came across you and

your tubs. We got in good conversation with you and the thing that struck us

most was your no-nonsense attitude. No BS. There was no hard sell. You wanted

to know what it was that we were in the market for. You have what we were

looking for? You have at a good price. You said whenever you're ready, just give us

a holler and you left us alone, which we really like. We weren’t hammered with

spam calls, voice calls.

Got a hold of you a couple months ago And I said, "Hey, we're ready." And you let

us know what the availability was. You had the exact tub that we were looking

for. You set it up for delivery and installation. No time at all. Communication was

excellent. I never had to wonder whether or not you were going to be out here,

what the status was. It was great. Highly recommend it.
